Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

When your item is in stock, allow 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery in France and 4 to 8 business days for international orders, depending on the destination. While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, postal delays are beyond our control. You can track your order using the tracking number provided via email.
If the product is not in stock, a manufacturing period of 2 weeks is generally required, with an additional shipping time of 2 to 3 days.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. It is recommended to consolidate items into a single order. Special care is taken to protect fragile items, using oversized boxes to ensure adequate protection.
During peak periods, delays may occur, but we make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary from 3 to 6 business days during these periods.
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the products in your cart and the chosen shipping option.

Your returns :

In case of delivery issues or if the products do not conform to your order, we encourage you to inform us of your complaint via email within three days of receiving the parcel. Your satisfaction is of great importance to us, and we will promptly address any reported discrepancies within this timeframe.

Please note that any product return must be pre-authorized by our team. We will provide you with a return label to facilitate the process. Once the return label is generated, kindly send back the parcel in its original packaging and include the completed return label. Don't forget to specify the reason for refusal, the order number, and choose from the following options:

* Reshipment of a new delivery in accordance with your order;
* Exchange of the product for a similar item;
* Cancellation of the order with a refund of the amounts paid, excluding return fees.

It is important to note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Additionally, please understand that damaged, soiled, or incomplete products, as well as personalized items, unfortunately cannot be accepted for return.
