Our Order Process in 5 Simple Steps
To protect our distribution networks, access to our wholesale prices is strictly reserved for registered businesses. Here is how to join our network:
1. Online Registration
Click on the account creation link at the top of the website. Fill in your professional details, making sure to provide your company name, your registration/VAT number (or SIRET for French companies), and your business sector.
2. Pro Account Validation
Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your business information within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Once your profile is approved, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your account has been switched to our "Retailers" group.
3. Log In to Your Space
Log in to your regular customer account using your email address and password.
4. Access Your Custom Ex-VAT Prices
Once logged in, our entire catalogue transforms. Retail prices (inc. VAT) disappear to make way for your personalized professional prices excluding VAT (Ex-VAT), as well as the discount percentages applied to each range.
5. Selection, Adjustment, and Payment
Select your products on the website and confirm your basket to submit your request to us.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Select "Bank Transfer" but do not pay anything right away. Once your basket is confirmed, our team will review your order. We will readjust it together based on our minimum order quantities per product (case pack sizes) and your customization requirements.
Minimum Order: A minimum amount of €300 Ex-VAT is required to validate your professional basket.
Payment Method: Payment can only be made by Bank Wire Transfer or LCR (Bill of Exchange) after final validation of your adjusted order and issuance of your pro-forma invoice.
Shipping: Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks with full delivery tracking. Your compliant Ex-VAT / VAT invoice will then be sent directly to you by email.
