At Blackpeuf, we believe signage isn’t just about arrows or room numbers. It’s a visual language, a reassuring landmark, a backdrop that tells a story. For this care home nestled between fir trees and mountain peaks, we imagined a soft, clear, and welcoming universe — designed with both the eye and the heart in mind.

A personalized visual creation, like a familiar landscape
Every element was custom-designed: no cold pictograms, but shapes inspired by alpine chalets, winding paths, and surrounding nature. Hallways become visual strolls, floors are named after scenic views, and common areas breathe calm and serenity. We blended contemporary graphic codes with a natural color palette — wood tones, glacier blues, forest greens — for a gentle and grounded ambiance.

Signage that guides without overwhelming
The goal: to ease navigation, soothe movement, and create gentle visual cues. Every feature — doors, walls, hallways, common rooms — was crafted to balance readability and aesthetic. Enhanced contrasts, fonts adapted to aging eyes, and always the Blackpeuf touch: a vibrant graphic identity, never clinical. Because a care home is not a hospital — it’s a place to live.
